Awesome analysis! There are things I have spotted in that movie but I never figured out about the fountain representing the establishment. McMurphy throwing some water from that fountain on a Monopoly game. What a coincidence! Also did you notice one of the female nurse whose working there. The south american small woman. She almost never talks. She's a kind of minion ghoul working under the totalitarian control of Miss Rachel. Same as all her afro american coworkers. I didnt know the mouth of sauron was in this film.
